Foyr charges your credit card on the date of purchase and on the monthly or annual anniversary of that date, as per your chosen billing duration.

No credit card details are required to start your free trial. You can experience all the features of Neo during the Free Trial.

In case of cancellation before the subscription period has ended, the user’s account will remain active till the duration of the subscription (monthly or annual). No refunds will be granted for the unused subscription period.

A custom model credit allows users to place an order with Neo’s design team to get a product of their choice modeled and uploaded to their catalog. A render credit allows users to take renders of their designs on Neo. Each render consumes from 1 up to 3 render credits, depending on the quality of output.

Foyr Neo allows you to create 3D walkthroughs of your design and share it with your clients. This is an exclusive feature.

Although you can create your 3D models and products within Neo, paid subscribers also have the option to place 3D model requests from within Neo. Share a reference image and dimensions of the 3D model you need and our team of designers will deliver it to your catalog.

All Neo users have unlimited access to Neo’s catalog of over 50,000+ products but Neo also allows you to create your own 3D models and products using a simple yet familiar 3D modeling interface.

The product upload feature allows you to upload your own 3D models in .obj format to Foyr Neo. Once uploaded these models appear in your catalogue and can be used in all your designs on Foyr Neo

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you choose to upgrade, you'll pay a pro-rated amount for the rest of the month. If you choose to downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.
